Junior Operator/Labourer
Strongfield Environmental Solutions is recruiting a Junior Operator/Labourer. We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals looking to expand their experience in the environmental industry. This position will need to provide reclamation services by operating UTV’s and tractors with attachments, as well as manual labour.
Interested candidates are required to possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain standard oilfield tickets. Accommodations and living allowance are provided when on the road, however, we would be looking to assign employees to projects near their home whenever possible. Strongfield Environmental provides a safe and professional work environment with competitive salaries and is overtime-eligible.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and current abstract must be obtained if hired
- Standard Oilfield Tickets (First Aid, H2S, CSTS, WHMIS, TDG)
- Prior equipment operating experience is required
- Agriculture or Environmental background considered an asset
- Ability to keep neat and accurate records
- Understanding of the Township and Range Survey System
- Understanding of GPS systems
- Drug and alcohol screening will be required prior to employment
- Computer experience required including Microsoft and Google Applications
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12-hour shift
